They told me they did not cover accidental damage even though my glasses arrived broken would not recommend they do not stand behind their product
Im still waiting to see if their going to stand behind there product and send me a new pair or fix these
I received a pair of glasses with the handle broken. I tried contacting them through phone without any success. Hopefully, they return my emails.

Hard to contact customer service

I ordered my eye glasses November 2, 2024. I still haven't received them yet.
They were suppose to arrive by November 22. I'm sure i wont get them now until after the Thanksgiving break.

- - I wanted single-vision sunglasses with an amber tint.
- - VlookGlasses couldn't tint; upsold $43 for transitions/ADD; refunded; Zenni had no problems.
I simply wanted single vision sunglasses with my new prescription with dark amber tint, just as I had from Zenni in the past, who no longer had the frame I wanted. I was contacted by them that they could not do the tint, and then wanted me to send a pic of the scrip.
They then kept trying to upsell me to transitions lenses and lenses with the ADD, which is for reading, of course, with a $43 upcharge. It took 4 emails back and forth in which they did not understand that I wanted single vision sunglasses! They even sent me a PayPal request for the extra $43! I finally told them forget it and to refund, which they finally did.
I then ordered from Zenni, no problems. Wish I had never heard of VlookGlasses.

I have been a loyal Vlookoptical customer for several years, but my recent experience has been absolutely disappointing. On October 11, 2024, I requested a warranty replacement for my glasses (Erika frame in brown, 1.61 Photochromic lenses with a yellow tint).
According to their advertised warranty, they cover manufacturer defects frames, lense for 12 months.
Since filing my request, Ive emailed CustomerService@***.com 35 times and have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. Despite their warranty policy, theyre refusing to replace my lenses without charging me, which is unacceptable and a clear case of false advertising.
To make matters worse, Vlookoptical does not have a hassle-free warranty replacement program. The process has been unnecessarily complicated, frustrating, and time-consuming. As someone with astigmatism in both eyes and restricted vision, these glasses are essential to my daily life.
I expected better service from a company Ive trusted for years.
Vlookopticals actions feel not only unethical but also potentially illegal. Consumers should not have to fight this hard to have warranties honored.
If you're considering Vlookoptical, beware of their deceptive warranty practices. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding this false advertisement and hope others wont have to go through this frustrating experience.
